Any Nominations for Board members must be received by the secretary not later than twenty (20) days before the Annual Meeting on May 21. Appointments of a Proxy must be into the secretary in writing or by facsimile no later than June 5.  

Remit and Delegate appointments must be received by the secretary not less than ten (10) days before the Annual Meeting (May 31).
