1. Notice of Annual General Meeting
The NZRL Board formally advises that the NZRL Annual
General Meeting will be held on Saturday 26th March
2011 in Auckland.
The Annual General Meeting is called in accordance with the NZRL
Constitution section 15.3 - Notice of Annual Meetings.

Where: Rugby League House
7 Beasley Avenue, Penrose, Auckland
Commencing:
10.00am
1. General Business
If a Zone wishes to submit any items to be considered under
General Business, these matters should be submitted in writing to
the NZRL Chief Executive at least twenty (20) Business Days prior
to the Annual Meeting. Therefore the submission close off date is
5.00pm on 25 February 2011.
2. Travel Arrangements
NZRL will provide travel for one representative
and one delegate from each Zone, and one delegate from each
Associate to attend the meeting and accommodation
will be provided where required. Please complete the attached
Registration Form confirming attendance and travel
requirements.
